ReplyThe Supreme Court of India with its recent judgment imposed a ban on the selling of Fire Crackers in the Capital of India. This is a very unwelcome move to the Hindu Community, who were eagerly waiting for the festival to arrive. Since a long time, many people are targetting the festivals of Hindus. Due to this, there is an outrage on both the sides. However, it is necessary for us to look on both the sides of the judgment of Cracker Ban in Delhi. After all, we can’t directly blame the civic body without understanding.
Delhi is among the most densely populated parts of the world. Due to this, there are many vehicles within the city. During pick hours, the amount of pollution in the air of Delhi is drastic. Hence, people in Delhi are becoming a victim of various deadly and lung diseases.
Apart from that, the state government, as well as Municipal Corporation of Delhi, has failed to keep the city clean. Due to this, the spread of micro-organisms is at a greater pace. First of all, they need cleaning the city properly. After that, they can go for the methods of curbing the pollution.
There is an urgent need of increasing the greenery across the city. If all these measures are taken properly then the pollution in Delhi can be reduced to a greater extent. The Supreme Court has nothing to do with the religion or it isn’t against any festival. Its main aim is to provide the people with the fresh air, with fewer pollutants.
Who has forgotten the Delhi’s Winter of last year? The amount of fog and pollutants in the air caused many people to fall sick. Due to this, this ban was the necessity of the condition.

The People must obey the decision of the Supreme Court regarding the Cracker Ban in Delhi. It is for their own betterment only. If you still don’t care about your health or of your surroundings, then you can easily get the crackers from the traders. They are having it in abundance.
The Supreme Court is allowing us to celebrate our festivals, they just want to curb the pollution in the City. If it was really against our religion, then it might have banned the crackers across the whole nation.
Being a responsible citizen of our country, we must obey the decisions of the Supreme Court. Because there are many instances when the Supreme Court itself overruling the governments has taken the decisions for the people.
We don’t need to be hopeless from the last hope of many people!
Supreme Court, I always bow down before you.
